BROADCASTING FOR CHILDREN

Today I'm going to speak about Broadcasting. If you don't know what does it mean, it is a perfect system to assess your students' speaking progression and performance. But let's start from the beginning.
Check and read the following links:
Definition: Broadcast
Uses in education: Broadcasting in education, ICT in education.

After that let's take some of the main ideas:

1- The use of technology in education.
"ICTs stand for information and communication technologies and are defined, for the purposes of this primer, as a “diverse set of technological tools and resources used to communicate, and to create, disseminate, store, and manage information.” These technologies include computers, the Internet, broadcasting technologies (radio and television), and telephony".
So broadcast in education refers to radio and television broadcasting, the main ideas are explained like this:
"Educational broadcasting refers to TELEVISION PROGRAMMING and RADIO PROGRAMMING providing or related to courses of study. The term "educational" is also applied at times to other programs that are particularly enlightening, informative or intellectually stimulating. Educational broadcasting can be received in the home or in an educational institution. "
2- How can we do it? As teachers, we are always worried about methodology, updated links or programmes to evaluate our students.
